RESOLUTION N0. 67-37
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET
FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
city and the State.of California on April 6, 1961, for expenditure
of funds allocated from the State Highway Fund to Cities, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer ha.e prepared a project
statement ehowing eatimafed expenditures of such funds recommended �
to be made during the 1g67-68 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said project
statement and is familiar with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City o£ Lynwood that said project statement be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor ie directed to sign the same on
behalf of aaid city, and said project statement to be eubmitted
to the Department of Public Worka, State of California, in
acco.rdance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streeta
and Highway Code.
ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1g67.
