RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CSTY OF
` LYNWOOD APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT ATID
AUTHORIZING LEVY OF ASSESSMENT COVERING THE
EXPENSE OF ABATING DRY AND DRYING �rIEEDS FOR
THE 1g67-68 FISCAI� YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has heretofore filed with
the City Council a report eetting forth�the actual cost for the
abatement of dry and drying weeds that existed on certain pa,rcels
of land in the City o£ Lynwood for the 1967-6� fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
_ the City of Lynwood as follows:
Section l . Tha.t said report, together with the assess-'
ment roll the various paroela of land assesaed for abating
said nuisance, is hereby adopted and approved unmodi£ied.
Section 2 . That the levying of the assesement is
hereby authorized and approved.
Section 3 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed.to
transrnit to the Counfy of Los Angeles Tax Collector the assesstr� nt
