RESOLUTION N0. 67-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
I,YNWOOD ALLOCATING FUNDS TO THE LYNWOOD JAYCEES
FOR ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, AND PUBLICITY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood doee hereby
reUolve as follows:
Section l. An Agreement exists between the City of
Lynwood and the Lynwood Jaycees to which this resolution is a
part and is referred to as "Exhibit A." The purpose_ of this
exhibit ie to establish a budget and method of payment to the
Jaycees in exchange for advertising, promotion, and publicity
of this city. �
Section 2 , There is appropriated from the General
Fund of the city a tota,l o£ �1500.00 which is the maximum to
- be paid for advertising, promotion, and publicity to the Jaycees
in Fiscal 1967-68. Tnis sum will be allocated as follows:
a. $750.00 on or about September 1, 1g67.
b: $750.00 on or about March 1,-1�68.
Section 3 . A definite budget indicating anticipated
items of expenditure is outlined below:
a. Miss Lynwood'Contest-------------- $ 600.00 " '
b. Fourth of July ------------------- 500.00
c. Operation Santa Claue ------------ 300.00
d. Youth Projects ------------------- 100.00 '
The Jaycees may not exceed the amount allocated for any one
' item herein described without prior written approval of the City
Manager.
Section 4 . Thia exhibit resolution shall terminate on
June' 3�, -,1968,
