RE50LUTION N0. 67-5�
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF
LYNWOOD REQUESTING AN ALLOCATION OF COUNTY AID ,
TO CITIES FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF SELECT
SYSTEM STREETS.
WHEREAS, the County of Los Anbeles has appropriated
certain monies to fhe City of Lynwood as County Aid to Citiea;
and .
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to expend the amount
of $55,199.00 of said funds accrued to the City ior the mainten-
ance of streets on the City's approved Select System.
NOW, THEREFORE, fhe City Council of the City of
Lynwood resolves that;
l. The County of Los Angelea is hereby requested
to allocate $55 ,1g9.00 of the Aid to Cities funds apportioned
to the City for the maintenance of those streeta on the
currently approved Select System of Streets (excluding State
highways), on file with the Division of Highwaye, State of
California, and incorporated herein by re£erence.
2. The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified
copy of this resolution to the Los Angeles County Roa.d Commissioner
£or processing.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of July 1967.
