RESOLUTION N0.'67-51
RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER
OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF JOSEPHINE STREET
ET AL BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS, GUTTER, AND
DRIVEWAY APPROACHES, INCLUDING ALL INCIDENTAL
AND APPURTENANT WORK. '
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Lynwoodchd on
the 30th day of June, 1967, publicly open, examine, and declare
all sealed proposals or bids £or the following work to be done
or improvement to be made in said city, to wit: all that
certain work and improvement set forth in Resolution of Intention
No. 67-34, passed and adopted by the �aid City Council on the 2nd
day of May, Zg67 which Resolution of Intention is on file in the
o£fice of the City Clerk of said city, and ie hereby referred to
for a description of said work or improvement, the boundaries of
the district to be asseesed to pay the costs and expenses of eaid
work and for further particulara.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by said City Council
that it does hereby re,�ect all of said proposals or bids except
the next herein mentioned, and-hereby awards the contract £or
doing said work or improvement to the lowest, regular, responsible
bidder, to wit: Silveri Construction Company, at the prices for
said work or.improvement named in eaid bid, which �id is on file
in the office of the City Clerk of said city and is hereby re£erred
to for further particulars.
The City Clerlc of said city is hereby directed to publish
notice of this award twice in the Lynwood Presa, a weekly newspaper
published and circulated in said city, and hereby designated for
tha't purpose by this C%ty Council.
