Sixty-nine and '.Forty-two Hundredths Dollars ($174 ,46g.42).
Section 4 . That for the purpose of raising the sum of
money necessary to be raised by taxation upon the taxable•property
within the city limits of said Cit'y of Lynwood as the revenue to
carry on the functions of the various departments of said city, to
provide payment to State Employees�t� Retirement Fund as authorized in
Ordinance No. 426, the rates of taxes are hereby fixed and taxes are
hereby-levied on all taxable property within the city limits of said
city included in Tax District No. l, £or the fiscal year beginning
, Ju1y l, i967 ,.and ending June 30 1968 upon each $100.00 of the

assessed value of said property as assessed by the County Assessor and
' equalized by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Ange'les,
State of California, for said fiscal year, as follows: �

. Section 5 . Pursuant zo the provisions of Ordinance No. 608,
adopted by the City Council of said'city on tfie 16th day of February, �
Z954 the City Council does further resolve that the City Treasurer �
has filed with it a report that there is in the "Swimming Pool Bonds,
1954 Interest and Redemption Fund" of the treasury of said,city, a sum
su£ficient to pay the interest on said bonds�as it falls due, and such
part of the principal as will due for the fiscal year beginning
July 1, 1967, and ending June 30, 1g68. .
Section 6 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward
immediately to the County Auditor-Controller of Los Angeles County a
certified copy of this resolution.
Section 7 . That the City Clerk of said city shall certify
to the adoption of this resolution and cause the same to be published
once in-the Lynwood Press, a weekly newspaper of general circulation,
