F�ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD-ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR EXPENDI-
TURE OF FUNDS ALLOCA�ED UDTDER SECTION 2107.5
OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed between
the Sfate of Cali£ornia and the City of Lynwood for the expenditure
of the'engineering allocation to cities, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read eaid agreement
. in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City o£ Lynwood that said budget proposal be and is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the engineering
allocation to cities, and said budget proposal be and the same ie
hereby approved and the Mayor is directed fo d.gn the same on
behalf of said City, said budget proposal to be binding upon
the City, upon its approval bg the authorized officials of the
State.
ADOPTED this day o£ October, 1967.
