RESOLUTION No. 67-65
� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN
THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF JOSEPHINE
AVENUE ET AL BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE
CURB AND GUTTER APTD DRIVEWAY APPROACHES,
TOGETHER WITH ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT
WORK. '
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
reeolve as follows:
Section 1. That the asaesement diagram for the
improvement of Josephine Avenue et al, by the con�truction of
curb, gutter, and drive approaches, including all incidental
and appurtenant work ae shown on Plan No. 19E7-C-5 on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, be and
the same ie hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of said city is
directed to certify the fact and date o£ the adoption of this
resolution to the Superintendent of Streets of said city, and
shall deliver said diagram to said Superintendent of Streets.
APPROVED and ADOPTED thie 3rd day of October, 1967.
