RESOLUTION N0. 67-65-A
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET
FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
city and the State o£ California on April 6, 1961, £or expenditure
of funde allocated from the State Highway Fund to Citiee, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a pro�ject
6tatement showing estimated expenditures of such funds
recommended to be made during the 1g67-68 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read eaid project
statement and is familia.r with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that said pro,ject statement be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is directed to sign the eame on
behalf of said city, and said pro�ject statement to be eubmitted
to the Department of Public Works, State of Cali£ornia, in
accordance with the provision� of Section 197 of the Streets
and Highway Code.
