Member Jim Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.99-22
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION OF
DIGITAL CAMERA FROM STEVEN LUNDELL
WHEREAS, Steven Lundell has offered to donate a Sony digital camera to the city of
Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
the city agrees to accept this donation; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city council of the city of Medina thanks Steven
Lundell for this donation.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Carolyn
Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Smith, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
