RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF. HEARING AND
CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN.THE MATTER OF THE
IMPROVEMENT OF JOSEPHINE STREET ET AL BETWEEN
ATLANTIC.AVENUE AND.THE EAST CITY BOUNDARY,
BY THE CONSTRUCTIOV OF CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER
. AND DRIVEGIAY �APPROACHES, TOGETHER WITH ALL
INCIDENTAL AND APPURTEIQADIT WORI�.
�WHEREAS,. under.the provisions of Division 7 of the
Streets and Highways .Code,. cite.s as the "Impr.ovement Act of 1911,"
and ameridments the'reto, the City Counc'il of the City of Ly'nwood
adopted.its. Resolution of Intentiori No. 67-34.on the 2rid day of
May 1967 declaring its.intention to order,.certain work to be
' done; re£erence is hereby` made to.said resolution of intention
for a description of the work or improvemerit, the asses'sment
� �=distriet, and for_particulars,_which resolution is on file in
the Office of the City Clerk of said city, and �
WHEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to said resolution
of interition have been had and takeri in .the time, form and manner
required by law, and
WHEREAS, a notice of he'aring on the proposed assessment
has.been published, posted, and mailed as required by law, and
WHEREAS, a full and complete hearing on 'said as,sessment
was. held on the 7th day of November, 1967, and �_
WHEREAS, there �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY .the City Council of
