RESOLUTION N0. 67-72
IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF LOS FLORES
BOULEVARD. RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
DEBT LIMITATION REPORT.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as foTlowa:
1. That the public interest, convenience and
necessity require, and the City Council of the City of Lynwood
proposes to institute proceedings for the improvement hereinafter
set forth:
2. That the general nature, location, and extent of
euch proposed improvement ie as follows: The removal of existing
curb and gutter, widening by conatruction of concrete curbe and
gutters and drive approachea on Los Flores Boulevard between the
east �ide of Long Beach Boulevard and.Imperial Highway,
3• It is hereby further determined that the City
Council of the City of Lynwood adopt this resolution under and
in accordance with Section 4 of the Streets and Highways Code of
the State of California which is known as the Special Assessment
. Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, as
amended. It ie hereby further determined that said City Council
proposed to conduct the proceedings for said proposed work or
improvement under an a,ct of the Legislature of the State of
California known and designated as the "Improvement Act of 1911",
ae amended.
4. The boundary or extent of the assessmenf dietrict
to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses of said improvement
ie shown on Plan No. 1967-L-1, on file in the office of the City
Clerk of sa3d city, which shall govern for all details as to the
extent of sa,id assesement district.

5, That the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed
to prepare and deliver to said City Council a written report
covering sa.id work or improvement in accordance with the provisions
of said "Special Assesement_Investigation, Limitation and Majority
Protest Act of 1931", as amended.
