RESOLUTION N0, 67-80
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE
MATTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF LOS
FLORES BOULEVARD.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to-wit:
the improvement of Los Flores Boulevard, between Long Beach Blvd.
and Imperial Highway, by the construction of new curb, gutter,
and drive approaches and a.11 incidental and appurtenant work,
all as shown on Plan No. 67-L-2, has been prepared by the City
Engineer and delivered to the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as provided in Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code cited
as "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Ma,�ority
Protest Act of 1g31; as amended, ae directed by the City Council
at its regular meeting held on November 7, 1967.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1, That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby approve said report and orders that said report be filed
with the City Clerk.
2. That the City Council does hereby fix the 6th day
� of February 1968 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. as the day and hour,

and the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 11330 Bulli� Road,
Lynwood, California, as the place when and where any and all
persone interested may appear before said City Council and be
heard on any matter pertaining to said re.port.
3, The City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice
as prescribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code,
referred to and cited as "Special Assesament Investigation,
Limitation, and Majority Protest Act of 1931" as amended, to
all persons designated in said section.
