ACCEPTING IMPP,OVEMENTS AND RELEASING IMPROVEMENT SECURITY. �
WHEREAS, Richard D. MeNish and.Chacicsfield' Merit Homes .
� Co'rporation, a.corporation, a joint .venture here'inafter referred
' to as "Subdivider," and the City of Lynwood, a Municipal Corporation,
hereinafter,referred'to as "City,". executed in writing on February
, l 1g65 a subdivi�sion agreement wherein subd'ivider agreed to
make improvement of certain streets and do�and perform otlier -
construction and improvement in•accordance with subdivision map
on in the Office of the County Recorder o£ Los Angeles County
which'was approved by. the City Council on F.ebruary 16, 19'65, by
Resolution No. 65-9 and in accordance with the requirements with
the City,Engineer, the requirements of the City Code of the City
� of Lynwood, and as initially .agreed upon between the res'pective
parties and -
WHEREAS, s'aid 'improvements of streets arid other improvements
have beeri completed,'by said "Subdivider" in accordance with said
subdivision agreement, the Lynwood City Code,. the requirements
of the City-Erigineer of the_ City, and as mutually agreed upon, and

� and pursuant to the statues of-th'e State of California and the' �
Lynwood City Code,."Subdivider!` filed with "City." a faithful" .
performance bond'and mechanics lien bond in which City of Lynwood,
� a municipal corporation.is the insured and th'at Western Casualty

and Sur.ety,C'ompany i's the :surety, said bond bei'ng a joint bond
under the' single number of�336708., and
� WHEREAS,_ no claims have been filed by any gerieral.contractor,
his subcontr.actor or by. any person renting equipment 'or furnishing
labor or materials with'City,
