of California, on Tuesday, the 12th day of April 1966 a.regular
general municipal election of the qualified electors of said
City for the' .purpose of .el"ection two (2) members o£, the City
Council rof said City.for the full term of four years; a City� �

in the book of original Res'olution of said City; and shall make

proceedings of the City Council of said City, iri the' minutes of
the meeting at .which the same is passed and adopted.
