w RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABATE DRY AND DRYING
� WEEDS ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN THE CITY'OF
LYTTWOOD.
WHEREAS, Chapter 13 of the Government Code, cited a.s '
"Weed and Rubbish Abatement", provides for abatement of.dry and
drying weeds that constitute a public nuisance, and �
WHEREAS, it has been brought totize a.ttention of the City
Council of the City oi Lynwood by the Superintendent of Streets that�
there exists a public nuisance on certain pareels of land in the City
of Lynwood, as hereinafter more particula,rly described,
. NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:,
l. Tha.t a public nuisance'exists,upon the' parcels of
