OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY '
ENGINEER�AND AUTHORIZING THE LEVYING OF THE
ASSESSMENT COVERING STREET LIGHTING EXPENSE3
IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FOR THE 1966b7 FzscAL

� WI-LEREAS, the City Engineer of the•City, of Lynwood did,
' on the 25th day of February, 1g66 file with the City Clerk as
directed by Resolution No. 66-13 of the City Council of tHe City of
Lynwood, a report setting forth the coats and expenses £or street
lighting service in the City of' Lynwood for the twelve month period
commencing July 1, 1966 together with the assessment diagra.m and
assessment roll. Said written report wa.s made pursuant to the
- provisions of Section 18090 and 18091 of Chapter 6, Division 15, �
Part I, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Ca,lifornia;
- NOW, THEREFORE, SE it resolved by the City Council oi' the City
of Lynwood as follows: ' ;
• Section l. � Tha,t said report, dia.gram, and assessment roll,
unmodif'ied, is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. That the levying of the a,ssessment as proposed
in sa.id report is hereby authorized and approved.
� , Section 3. That the City Clerlc of the City of Lynwood is
hereby directed to transmit to the County of Los Angeles Tax Collector
the diagram and assessment roll upon which said levy is based, and
sa.id County Tax Collector is hereby authorized and directed to make
collections of all such assessments and to perform all of the acts
and duties a.s a.re required by �aid act to be perPormed by the persons
designated aa "Tax Collector" in Chapter 6; Division 14, Part I, of
the SLreets and Highways Code of the State of California. •
