A RESOLUTION OF TT� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'I'Y
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE
MATTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF DUNCAN
AVEPdUE ET AL BETWEEN FERN[d00D AVENUE AND
LAVINIA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, a report on the'proposed improvement, to-wit:
the improvement of Duncan AVenue et al by the conatruction of new
curb, gutter, drive approaches, and all incidenta.l and appurtenant
work, all a,s shown on Plan No. 1966-A-2, has been.prepared by the
City Engineer and delivered to the City Council of the City of
Lynwood a.a provided in Division 4 of the Streete and Highways Code
cited as "Special Assessment Inveatigation, Limitation and Majority
Protest Act of 1931" a.s amended, as directed by the City Council at
its regular meeting held on March l, 1g66.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
' l, T11at the City Gouncil of the City of Lynwood does
hereby approve said report and orders that said report be filed with
the City Clerk.
2, That the City Council does hereby fix the 19th da,y of
April, 1966 at the hour of 7:3o p.m, as the day and hour, and the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood,
California, as the place when and where any and all persona interested
may appear before said City Council and be heard on any matter pertaining
, to sa.id report.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice
as prescribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code,
referred to a.nd cited a.s "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation
and PZajority Protest Act o£ 1931" a,a amended, to all persons designated
