" A RESOLUTION OF THE'CITY,COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'
LYNW.00D OPPOSING THE ISSUANCE OF AN'ON'SALE BAR
PERMIT AT 11341 LONG,BEACH BOULEVARD AND REQUEST-
' ING.THAT THE REQUIRED.PUBLIC'HEARING FOR .THE "
_ ISSUANCE THEREOF BE HELD IN .THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
The City Council of the City.of Lynwood does hereby re-
solve as,follows: '
WHEREAS, strong opposition has beeri voiced to the members
� of the City.Council'from adjacerit merchanbs and property. owners, to '
the proposed bar;.and .
WHEREAS, it has been shown that riumeroud minor children
� utilize adjacent medical 'offices to the proposed bar;:and
WHEREAS; it is determined that�adequate' parking for'such.
a use is unavailatile in the immediate area;
� NOW, THEREFORE,:BE IT RESOLVED that .the City Coun6il
heretiy opposes._the_issuance bf an on sale'bar permit 'at '113�41_' �_ __
, Long BeacYi Boulevard and respectfully reques.ts.the Alcotio'lic ',
Beverage Control`Board to hold its.public hearing'for the issuance ,'
of said permit in the City. of Lynwood.
