. for the improvement'of Duncan Avenue et al, befween Fernwood Avenue
, and Lavinia Avenue, by the construction of concrete curbs and
gutters and driveway approaches, together with all incidental and
appurtenant work, as prepared and submitted by the City Engineer
of said city on the 19th day of April, 1g66 be and the same are
hereby adopted as the official plans and speaifications for,doing
said work and makin� said improvements. Said plans and spe.cifi- '. •
cations shall govern for.all'details of the proposed work. . .�

showing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pay the costs and expenses of work or improvemenb, be�and
