HomeMy Public PortalAbout1999-03173 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.99-31 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE MOHAWK DRIVE AND CHIPPEWA ROAD SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, by resolution adopted by the city council on April 6, 1999, a public hearing on the proposed construction of the Mohawk Drive and Chippewa Road sanitary sewer and water main improvement project was set for 8:00 p.m. on May 18, 1999, in the council chambers at Medina city hall; and WHEREAS, mailed and published notice as required by law was given of the hearing and the hearing was held on the date and time stated above, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The construction of the Mohawk Drive and Chippewa Road sanitary and water main improvement project is hereby ordered. 2. It is the judgment of the city council that the proposed improvement has no relationship to the city's comprehensive plan. Dated: May 18,1999.
