annexation,on.Tuesday, the :17th day of Nay 1966 at the hour�of
7�30 p..m., in the.Council Chamb'ers of the City Hall, i133o Bullis '
Road, Lynwood, California. At any. time 'not later:,than.the hour
set .for hearing objections to the election, any owner. of property
withln tHe territory may�make;'a'wr'itten pnotest against the annexation.
Such 'protest must be in writing,and'.shall state the•'name of the
owner of th'e property'affected and'the etreet address or other
description of'�the property to,ideritify,it on the'_last
equalized' assessment roll. If it is•,found that the prote.s.t is�not,
made by- the owners'of one-half of the,value 'of. the territory proposed .'
to be annexed, further pr.oceedings shall be �takeri in acco'rdance;aorith
the law £or holding of such'special annexation election.�, ,
Section 4.' The City Clerk shall'cert'ify to the adoption o£
this resolution and is hereby directed to cause a copy of same to be
