That said Council'does hereby elect to proceed • under the alternative method of collection provided for under the provisions o£ Section 5728 of said Law (Improvement Act of 1911) hereinabove referred to and does hereby authorize, instruct, and � order that the Notice of' Lien shall-be delivered to.the County Auditor of Los Angeles, County, California, who shall enter the amount thereof on the County Assessment Book opposite the description � of the particular property; and the a.mount shall be collected togefher with all other taxes thereon against the property. Said County Auditor, " and tYie Assessor, and the Tax Collector of said County of Los Angeles who perform tax assessing and tax collection funetions for the City of Lynwood are hereby authorized, instructed, directed, and ordered to take any and all action necessary or proper on their respective parts, all as contemplated under the'provisions of the la,ws of the � Sta,te of California in such cases made and provided. • Section 5 .
