RESOLUTION N0. 66-46 .
RESOLUTION OF THE' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY �
OF LYNW00D ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET
FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
;WHEREAS, a, master agreement has been executed by the •
city a.nd the State of Ca.lifornia. on April 6, 1961, for expenditure
of £unds allocated from the State Highway Fund to cities, and
WI-IEREA3, the Citg Engineer has prepared a project
statement showing estimated expenditures of such,funds recommended
to be made during the 1g66-67 fiscal year, and ' •
� WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said project
sta.tement and is familiar with the contents thereof, •
, THEREFORE, be it resolued by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that said project statement be and the same.is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is directed to sign the sa.me on
behalf of.sa,id city, and aaid project sta.tement to be submitted
�- =to the Department o£ Public,Works, State of California, in accorda,nce
with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.
