Sectiori 4 . The proceedings for the aforesaid.wo'rk and
improvement shall be had and taken�under an act of the Legislature
of the State of California designated as the Streets and Highways
Code, Division 7, and cited as,the "Improvement.Act'of 1911," and
� ameridmerits th'ereto.. .'
Sec'tion 5 . Th'e City Council hereby. determines and declarea
that serial bonds shall be issued in th'e form and manrier provided in �,
said"aforementioned act, bearing interest'at the' rate o£ s'ix (6)
per cent'um_per annum to represent each as,sessment of Fifty,Dollars' '
�$50.00). or over,'rerriaining unpaid for thirty day.s after the' date
of warrant. Said serial bonds shall extend.over a period'ending'
