RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT, AND
AUTHORIZING LEVY OF.ASSESSMENT COVERING�THE
EXPENSE OF ABATING DRY AND DRYING WEE�S FOR
T� ig66-67 FzscAZ �AR.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has heretofore filed with
the City Council a report setting forth the actual cost £or the
abatement of dry and drying weeds that existed on certain parcels
o£ land in the City of Lynwood for the 1g66-67 fiscal year,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the �i,fy of Lynwood as follows:
Section l . That sa.id report, together with the
assessment roll showing the various parcels of land assessed for
• abating said nuisance, is hereby adopted and approved unmodi£ied.
Section 2 . Tha:t the levying of the assessment is
hereby authorized and approved.
' Section 3 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
transmit tothe County o£ Los Angeles Tax Collector the assessment
, roll f,or assessment and collection.
