RESOLUTION N0. 66-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ALLOCATING FUNDS TO THE LYNWOOD
JUNIOR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR ADVERTISING,
PROMOTION, AND PUBLICITY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1 : An a.greement exists betweenthe City of
Lynwood a,nd the Lynwood Junior Chamber o£ Commerce to which this
resolution is a part and is referred to a,s "Exhibit A,"
The purpose of this exhibit is to establish a budget and method
of payment to the Junior Chamber in exchange for advertising,
promotion, and publicity of the city.
Section 2 . There is appropriated from the General
F'und of the city a tota.l of $1,200 which is the maximum which
will be_.paid for advertising, promotion, and publicity by Junior
Chamber in £iscal 1g66-67. Thia isum will be allocated as follows:
a. �600 on or about September l, 1966
b. 600 on or a.bout March 1, 1g67
Section 3 . A definitive budget indicating anticipated
items of expenditure is outlined below:
a. Fourth o£ July $ 400
b. Operation Santa Claus 300
c. Miss Lynwood Contest 400
d. Youth Projects 100
� Junior Chamber mag not exceed the amount allocated for any one
item hereinabove described without prior written approval of the
City Manager.

Section 4 . This exhibit resolution shall terminate on
��une 30, 1g67.
