RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNP100D ORDERING A CHANGE IN THE AMOUNT
OF WORK TO SE MADE IN THE N.ATTER OF THE
IMPROVEMENT OF DUNCAN AVENUE ET AL.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l . In the opinion of sa.id City Council, a change
in the proposed work, as referred to in Resolution of Intention
No. 66-36 is necessary to reduce the total amount of work con-
templa.ted in order to reduce the total estima.ted cost to an
amount within ten percent (10�) of the amount reported in the
Debt Limitation Report approved by Resolution No. 66-26.
Section 2 . Said proposed change in work shall require
the exclusion of a,ll curb and gutter work on Fernwood Avenue,
Josephine Street, and Lavinia Avenue and adja.cent drive approa,ches
within the assessment district boundary.
Section 3 . Sa,id reduction of work shall reduce the
tota.l anount of the work by an estima.ted $2,037.97 to reduce
the property owners' cost to within ten percent (10;) of the
Engineer's estima.te.
� Section 4 . Notice is hereby given that on the 19th
da.y of July, 1966, at the hour of 7•:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of 'the City Hall 1133o Bullis Road, in the C3ty of
Lynwood, any and all persons having any objection or protests
to said change in work or'improvement, a.my appear before the City
• Council and show ca,use why said proposed change in work or improve-
ment should not be carried out. Said protests must be in writing
and contain a, description of the property in which the signer is
interested sufficient to identify the same, and be delivered to
