RESOLUTION NO. 15-9067
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING ELECTED AND
APPOINTED OFFICIAL PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE OF
PERVIZ AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Commission believes that adequate parking should be
provided for elected and appointed officials in designated areas on the east side of
Perviz Avenue; and
WHEREAS, The City Commission believes that such designated parking is
needed in order to enable elected and appointed officials to serve the public.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission hereby directs that the City Manager take all
steps needed in order to designate parking areas on the east side of Perviz
Avenue for elected and appointed officials.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
