A RESOLUTIOIQ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYPIWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF,THE CITY ENCINEER • ,
AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN .THE MATTER OF THE '
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF ALA'IA AVENUE BETWEEN RU.TH
' STREET AND OTIS AVENUE ' .-
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows:
.- WHEREAS,,a,report on the proposed improvement, to-wit:
the improvement of Alma Avenue.by.the construction of new curb,
gutter, drive approaches, sidewalks and all incidental'and aopurtenant
work, all as shown on Plan No.'19.66-G-2, has been prepared by the City
' Engineer. and deTivered to the City Council of the Cit,y of Lynwood as
provided in Division 4 of the Streets and Highways C'ode cited as
"Special�Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest
Act�of 19.31" as amended, as direeted by the City Council at its reg-
ular meeting held on June 21, 1966.
, • iQOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
-= b., .That the City Council of the City of , Lynwood does
hereby approve said report and order.s that said report Yie Siled with
the City Clerk.
2. That the City Council does hereby £ix the 6th day of
Septerriber, 19.66 at tile hour of 7:30 p.m. as the day and hour, and the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, Califor-
' nia, as the place when and where any and all persons inter°ested may
appear be£ore said City Council and be heard on any matter pertaining
� to said report. �
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice as
prescribed by Section 2851 said Streets and Highways Code, referred
- ' to arid cited as,"Special Assessment Investioation, Limitation and
Majority Protest Act of 1931" as amended, to all persons designated
