RESOLUTION N0. 66-76
A RESOLUTIOIS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGIIJEER AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IIJ THE
MATTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF DUNCAN
AVENUE ET AL BETWEEN FERNWOOD.AVENUE AND
LAVIDIIA AVENUE. •
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, a reporf on the proposed improvement, to-wit:
the improvement of Duncan Avenue ef al by the construction of new
curb, gutter, drive approaches, and all incidental and appurtenant
work, all as shown on Plan No. 1966-H-2, has been prepared by the
City Engineer and delivered to the City Council of the City of
Lynwood, as provided in Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code
cited as "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation.and Majority
' Protest Act of 1931': as amended, as directed by the City Council at
its regular meeting held on July 19, 1g66.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
l. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood cloes
hereby approve said report and orders that said report be filed
with the City Clerk. -
2, That the City Council does hereby fix the 20th day
of September, 1g66 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. as the day and hour,
and theCouncil Chambers of the City Hall 1133o Bullis Road, Lynwood,
� California, as the place when and where any and all persons interested
may appear before said City Council and be I� ard on any matter
pertaining to said report.
� 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice
as prescribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code,
re£erred to and cited as "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation
and':'Majority Protest Act of 1931", as amended, to all persons
. �c7esignated-in said section.
