hereby resolve as,follows: • �

Sec'tiori 1. Tax Dis'tric't" No.' l�.' That for the purposes of _
taxation, all' of that .territory and lands lyino and being in the cor-
porate limits. of,the 'City of Ly'nwood', Californ'ia, prior to FeUruary l,
lg'66, .be known as and consti.tute Tax District iVo. 1 of said city.
Sec'tiori 2., That the amount.of money necessary to.be raised
- by taxation upon th'e' taxab.le"property wi.thin the corporate limits of�
. the City of Lynwood, County of Los.Angel'es, State of California, in
, Tax District No. 1 of said city., to provide for carrying on the various
functions of municipal governmerit in.said city for..the fiscal year °
beginning.July l, 1966, and eriding June 30,, 1967 is her.eby £ixed at
the sum o£ Two Hundred.Seventy-One Thousand Forty and Fifty-four
Hundredths Dollars ($,27,1,040.5u)• �
Sec'tion 3: That in addition t'o the"amount of money necessary
to be raised as aforesaid., the amount of money: necessary to be raised
by taxation upon the�taxable property within the cor.porate limits of
�said city in Tax District' No. 1 of- said city' to provide, £or the payment
, to the' State:Erriployees` Retirement,System according to the terms of
contract'with the State of Cali£ornia for malcing the officials and
employees o£ the City of Lynwood' members of the State Employees' .

adopted by the ,City Council of said,city. on the 16th day o£ February,
1954 the City Council does�.,f.urther: resol,ve that the City Treasurer
has filed with it a report.that there is in the "Sw'imming Pool Bonds,
�1954, Interes`t and' Redemption Fund" of the treasury of said city, a,sum
� sufficient .to'pay. the interest on said bonds as it falls due, and_such
part of the p'rincipal as will become due for the fiscal year beginning
July'1, 1966, and eriding June 30, 1.g67. �
, S'e'ction�6. The City_Clerk is hereby directed to £orward
