RESOLUTION NO.; 66-82
RESOLUTION APPROVIPdG PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMEPST
OF ALMA AVENUE, BETWEEN RUTH STREET AND OTIS
AVENUE, BY THE CONSTRUCTIOId OF CODiCRETE CURB5
ADID GUTTERS ADTD DRIVEWAY APPROACHES AND SIDEWALK,
TOGETHER WITH ALL ISdCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve a� follows:
Section l. That plans and Specifications Pdo, 1g66-G-3
for the improvement of Alma Avenue, between Ruth Streef and Otis
Avenue, by the construction of concrete curbe and gutters and
driveway approaches, and sidewa.lks, together with all incidental
and appurtenant worlc, as prepared and aubmitted by the City
Engineer of said city on the �6th day of September, 1g66 be
. and the same are hereby adopted as the official plans and
specifications for doing said work and making sa3d improvements.
Said plane and specifications shall govern for all details of
the proposed work.
Section 2, That the map or plot worked plan No.
� 1g66-G-4 �howing the district of lands to be benefited by and
to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses of said work or
improvement, be and the same is hereby adopted as the official
. map of the aesessment district for aaid work or improvement.
