RESOLUTION N0. 66-86 .
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF DUNCAN AVENUE ET AL, SETWEEN F`ERNWOOD AVENUE
AND LAVINIA AVENUE, BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE
CURBS AND GUTTERS AND DRIVEWAY APPROACHES, TOGETI-�R
WITH ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l . That plans and specifications No. 1g66-x-3
£or the improvement of Duncan Avenue et al, between Fernwood
Avenue and Lavinia Avenue, by the construction of concrete curbe
and gutters and driveway approaches, together with all incidental
and appurtenant work, as prepared and submitted by the City
Engineer of said city on the 20th da.y o£ September, 1966 be and
the �ame are hereby adopted as the official plans and wpeci£ications
for doing said work and making said improvements. Said plans and
specifications shall govern for all details of the proposed work.
Section 2 . That the map or plot worked plan No. 1966-H-4
showing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pay the costs and expen�es of said work or improvement, be and
the sa.me is hereby adopted as the official map of the assessment
district for said work or improvement.
