AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-7-5 AS AMENDED OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF MOAB, 1958, AND DECLARING THAT 'THE ORDINANCE IS
A MEASURE NECESSARY FOR THE IMMEDIATE PEACE, HEALTH AND SAFE-
TY OF THE CITY OF MOAB, AND SHALL TAKE EFFECT UPON ITS PASSAGE
AND PUBLICATION
UTAH:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB,
THAT Section 4-7-5 as amended of the Revised Ordinances of Moab City,
1958, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto EXCEPTION (1P)
which shall read in words and figures as follows:
"1(1P) The following described real property zoned as R-3 Residential
Zone is hereby rezoned as C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Zone:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block 8, Moab
Townsite, M,;ab, Utah, and running thence East 99.0
feet; thence South 231.0 feet; thence East 89.6 feet;
thence South 231.0 feet; thence West 188.6 feet; thence
North 462.0 feet to point of beginning. "
THAT the City Council finds and declares that it is necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of the peace, health and safety of this City that this
Ordinance take effect upon its passage and publication.
Passed by the unanimous vote of all members present of the City Council
of the City of Moab, Utah, this 16th day of January, A. D. , 1962.
