Mayor Chavez called the City Council Meeting to order at 6:16 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

Councilmember Fish made a motion to excuse Councl!m.ember Sternquist and Mayor
ProTem Yu for cause. Seconded by Councilmember Man.

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:16 p.m. and reconvened at 7:04 p.m.
with all members present.
City Attorney reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item 4A
(Conference with Labor Negotiator) and received a briefing from the City's Chief
Labor Negotiator. There is no other reportable action.
