CITY STRATEGIC GOALS:
Adopting Resolution No. 16-5145 furthers City' Strategic Goal of Good Governance.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-16 City Budget as this
resolution simply ratifies the Clerk's correction of a clerical error.

RESOLUTION NO. 16-5145
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $1,189,167.03 DEMAND
NOS. 44278 THROUGH 44292 and 44306 THROUGH 44386
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That in accordance with Section 37202 of the Government Code, the City Manager hereby
certifies to the accuracy of the following demands and to the availability of funds for payment.
Tracey Hause, Administrative Services Director Bryan Cook, City Manager
SECTION 2. That the attached claims and demands have been audited as required by law and that the
same hereby allowed in the amounts as hereinafter set forth.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
