the.20th day of Sep'tember, 1966, ado�t Resolution of�Intention No.
66=87 ordering the,improvement of Duncan Averiue bet'ween Fernwood .
Avenue and Lavinia Avenue, and on the south side of Fernwood Avenue
161.8,feet east and west of Duncan Avenue, and on the north side
o£ Josephine Street 160,.f.eet .west and 11P feet east of Duncan Avenue,;
and on the south side of Josephine Street 320 feet .west and 110'. •

WHEREAS, Tuesda,y, the lst day .o£ ,Plovemoer,. 1g6.6, at the i�our
of'7:30'p.m. at the Council Chamber in the' City. Hall in 'said City of '
Lynwood was the' time and.place .set.in said Resolution of Intention
when and where any..obj,ections to the proposed worlc or impr,ovement, or
to the.exterit of �the district .to.be 'assessed, or to the grades to which
tne work was proposed to be done would be' he'ard by said City Council,
and
FIHEREAS,.the Ci.ty Clerk ,of sa'id city.has heretofore pre-
serited and £iled an affidavit of publication of said Resolution o£ •
Intention, showing.that .th'e same was published'according to law, and '
DIHEREAS, said City. Clerk has also preserited.and filed 'ner
a£fidavit of mailing notices.of•the adoption of said Resolution of
" Interition in the time;.form, and manner, and to .the per.sons,• aLl as
provided by an Act o£ the Legislature of. the State of California, ,
designated as Division 7 of the Str.eets and Highways Code, and`cited
as the °Improvement Act of 1911," and amendments thereto, and
WHEREAS; the"City Engineer-Superintendent of Streets has
heretofore preserited and filed an.af£idavi.t .showing that notice o£
the passage of said P,eso7ution of.Intarition has beeri posted in.the
