BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as follows: �
S'e'c'tioii l . In the opinion of said City Council tne public
interest and convenience,require, and said City Council having
acquired jurisdicti'on so to do, the following work or improvement
is hereb,y. order.ed'to be. done,. to' Urit: .
Construction of cement .concrete curbs, gut.ters and drive-
way approaches including all inciderital.and appurteriant work, in '
, • Duncan Avenue.bet'ween Fernwood Averiue and Lavinia Avenue, and
portions of Fernwood Avenue,: easL and.west of Duncan Averiue and
portions of Lavinia Averiue, east of .Duncan Averiue,' in accordance
with plans and specifications DIo. 1966-H-3'on file in the office

the district to.be benefited' by' said work a?zd improvement, and to
be assessed to pay the costs and expenses.thereof,,is particularly
