Mayor Chavez called the City Council Meeting to order at 6:26 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item
4A (Conference with Labor Negotiator) and received a briefing from the City's
Chief Labor Negotiator. There is no other reportable action.

4B (Exiting Litigation) and received a briefing from City's Joint Power Insurance
Association appointed Counsel. There is no other reportable action.
