RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER
' OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEN�NT OF DUNCAPd AVENUE
ET AL BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS, GUTTERS
AP1D DRIVEFIAY APPROACHES, INCLUDING ALL INCIDENTAL
AND APPURTENANT WORK.
�HEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood did on
the 5th day of December, 1966, publicly open, examine, and declare
all sealed proposals or bids for the following work to be done or
improvement to be made in said city, to wit: all that certain
work and improvement set forth in Resolution of Intention No 66-87 .
passed and adopted by the said City Council on the 20th day of
September, 1966, which Resolution of Intention is on file in the
office of the City Clerlc of said city, and is hereby referred to
for a deseription of said work or improvement, the boundaries of
the diNtrict to be asseased to pay the cost� and expenses of �aid
work and for further particulars,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL�ED by said City Council that ,
it does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids except the next
herein mentioned, and hereby awards the con�ract for doing said
work or improvement to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder,
to wit:Louis'.S._aLope� a,f the prices for said work or improvement
named in said bid, which bid is on file in the office o£ the City
Clerk of said city and is hereby referred to for further particulars.
. The City Clerk o£ said city is hEreby directed to publish
notice o£ this awa.rd twice in the Lynwood Press, a weekly newspaper
pub�.i:shed and circulated in said city, and hereby designated for
.,that purpose by this City Council.
