Brewster Zoning By-law upon which the Board is empowered to act.
Please attach a detailed narrative description of the proposal that must address:
1. all standards of Section 179-40.2 Wind Energy Turbines.
2. all conditions outlined in Section 179.51 (5) Special Permits – Findings
3. all conditions outlined in Section 179.67 (C.) Access Standards.
All Wind Turbines shall comply with the Performance Standards set forth in Brewster Zoning
Bylaws Section 179-40.2 in its entirety and the Rules and Regulations of the Brewster Planning
Board.
PLEASE NOTE: This application is NOT COMPLETE until all information is provided.
