Present: , Daniel Coursey- Chair, Peter Coneen, Henry Spadaccia, Buddy Young also present were
ex-officio member Tom Daley-DPW/NR and Selectman Jon Fuller/Liaison
Absent: Michael Smith
Meeting was called to order at 4:30 by Daniel Coursey/Chair.
Review of Progress to Date
• All interested parties are agreed on final location of new facility.
• Work will continue with Weston and Sampson
• Site work has started
• Environmental boring starts 10/5
• Survey work progressing
N Committee to Meet With Planning Board
• Tom Daley informed the committee that the Planning Board has invited us to attend an
\ October 13 workshop on the efficient design of municipal buildings, as a result passing of
Article 57.
New Business
• Hank reminded the committee chair that nominations for recorder/secretary were required. Mr.
Fuller stated that a full board was needed for nominations .This item will be held over to the
next meeting.
• A motion was made to appoint Peter Coneen to the Chairman position vacated by Dan
Coursey . The motion was seconded and approved 4-0-0

• June 8t minutes were not available will be ready at next meeting
Next Meeting
• Scheduled for October 15`h.at 4:00 P.M. in Nauset Room
• Meeting Adjourned at 5:20 PM by the Chairman
