A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
THE RE-APPROPRIATION OF $238,444.53 FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY
AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) FUNDiNG FOR THE PURCHASE OF ELEVEN
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS
WHEREAS, On June 16, 2009 the City Council approved the purchase of
eleven video surveillance cameras from the $298,824.94 American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act allocation; and
WHEREAS, staff originally allocated the funding in the FY 2009-10 City budget;
and
WHEREAS, staff needs to carry over $238,444.53 from the FY 2009-10 budget
in order to make the purchase during this fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the re-appropriation of $238,444.53
for the purchase of eleven video surveillance cameras.

Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City Council
Resolution.
