REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 19, 2000
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Souder called the meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:50 p.m.

Member -Brook
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director /General Counsel Martin, Assistant Executive Director Dawson,
Agency Secretary Flandrick
Mr. Gillanders moved to excuse Mr. Brook for cause, during his absence out of the country, seconded by
Vice Chairman Wilson and unanimously carried.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA - None
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Vice Chairman Wilson and
unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 5, 2000, as presented.
B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 00 -724 - APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 00 -724, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $455.00
DEMAND NO. 2971.
