SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTIONS -MEETING OF MARCH 29 , 2016
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Planning Commission
(Commi ssion ) actions from their meeting of March 29, 2016.
BACKGROUND:
On March 29 , 2016 , the Commission held a special meeting .
ANALYSIS :
The following is a summary of actions taken at the March 29 , 2016 meeting :
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner-Cordes , Leung , Vice-Chair Haddad , Chair O'Leary
Absent: Commissioner -None
Excused: Commissioner -Marston

3. PUBLIC HEARING
A. MIXED-USE TOUR
The Commission held a special meeting to conduct a mixed-use site tour.
The mixed-use site tour took place in various locations throughout the cities
of Alhambra and Pasadena . The purpose of the mixed-use tour was to assist
the Planning Commission in reviewing upcoming applications and the draft
Specific Plan .

The Commission meeting was adjourned at 7 :30p.m .

This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year 2015-16 City Budget.
