RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is reques ted to review, receive and f ile the Petty Cash Report .
BACKGROUND:

On August 6 , 1991, staff began submitting the Petty Cash Report to the City Council on
a regular bas is .
ANALYSIS:
In the interest of full transparency , the City Council is being requested to review the Petty
Cash Report from March 24 , 20 16 to April 15, 20 16. The total of petty cash e xp enditures
were $311 .55 (Attachmen t "A "). The petty cash fund will be reimbursed after the C ity
Council approves the May 3 , 2016 , Warrant Reg ister.
CITY STRATEGIC GOALS:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Petty Cash Report to further City 's
Strategic Goal to promote Good Governance .
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-16 City Budget.
