ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER 22
(PARKING, STOPPING AND STANDING), ARTICLE III (PARKING LOTS AND FACILITIES,
PART B (MUNICIPAL PARKING GARAGE AND CHAPTER 1 (GENERAL PROVISIONS),
SECTION 13 (GENERAL PENALTY; CONTINUING VIOLATIONS) OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 22 (Parking. Stopping and Standing) Section 90 (Failure to Pay
Parking Garage Fees) is hereby amended as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any motor vehicle from the municipal parking garage
without first paying he amount due the city for the period of time the motor vehicle
was parked within the garage.Failure to pay monthly parking garag a fees could result in vehicle being
immobilized by a wheel immobilizer.

Section 2. Chapter 1 (General Provisions) Section 13 (General Penalty; Continuing
Violations) is hereby amended by adding the following:
