HomeMy Public PortalAbout1999-060133 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.99-60 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF THE PLAT OF RIDGEVIEW FARM WHEREAS, Nina D. Earling and Bruce Clark, wife and husband, are the fee owners of property located in Hennepin County, Minnesota and legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Creekside of Medina; and WHEREAS, Finn Haug and Beth Haug, husband and wife, are the fee owners of property located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, Creekside of Medina; and WHEREAS, Nina D. Earling, Bruce Clark, Finn Haug and Beth Haug are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Applicants"; and WHEREAS, the Applicants have proposed to replat their properties as Ridgeview Farm to rearrange the lot lines; and WHEREAS, this matter was given preliminary approval by the city council at its meeting on June 1, 1999; and WHEREAS, the city council has had an opportunity to review the final plat of Ridgeview Farm for compliance with the city's ordinances and the preliminary plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, that final approval is hereby granted to the plat of Ridgeview Farm, subject to the following terms and conditions: RHB-170848 99-60 ME230-205 11-02-99 134 1. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in the amount necessary to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing and approving this application; and 2. The Applicants must file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void. Dated: November 2, 1999.
