Rollcall: 2. Approval of Agenda: Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve Motion carried: 6-0. 3. Consent Agenda: a) Minutes December 5, 2018 b) Designating the Fraser Town Hall Foyer as The Town's Official Posting Location c) Rendezvous East Mountain Filing 9 Final Acceptance for Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Release of Surety d) Rendezvous East Mountain Filing 10 Partial Reduction in Surety Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried: 6-0. 4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding a) Appeal of Water Charges for 237 Mill Avenue Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to deny the appeal for the water charges for 237 Mill Avenue. Motion carried: 5-0-1, Waldow recued herself. b) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 6 Article 5 And Chapter 6 Article 7 of the Fraser Town Code, Relating to Medical and Retail Marijuana Regulations Dave Michael of Igadi addressed the Board. Trustee Quinn moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to approve An Ordinance Amending Chapter 6 Article 5 And Chapter 6 Article 7 of the Fraser Town Page 2 of 2 Code, Relating to Medical and Retail Marijuana Regulations. Motion carried: 5-1, Nay Miller. c) Headwaters Trail Alliance Smart Trail Sizing Project Update and 2019 Funding Request Meara McQuain, Executive Director of Headwaters Trail Alliance (HTA) and employee Erica Bean (HTA) addressed the Board. Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Barwick seconded the motion to allocate $30,000 for the Trail Smart Sizing Project and other capital projects for 2019. Motion carried: 6-0 d) Grand County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Trustee Waldow moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to authorize the Mayor to sign the letter"Statement of Intent to Participate" as a participating jurisdiction in the Grand County Multijurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. Motion carried: 6-0 5. Open Forum a) Business not on the agenda 6. Board Updates- 7. Adjourn: Trustee Barwick moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 6-0.
